The One Group Invited to Speak at the 2026 Global ICT Testing & Certification Conference

INCHEON, KOREA — September 3, 2026 — The One Lab and Glodacert, members of The One Group, were honored to be invited by Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL) to participate in the 2026 Global ICT Testing & Certification Conference in Songdo, Incheon. Hosted by Korea’s National Radio Research Agency (RRA) and organized by Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL), the conference brought together government authorities, testing and certification organizations, and academic and industry experts from 19 countries to exchange insights on ICT regulation, technical oversight, testing for AI and emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and international cooperation.

Conference Venue

Representing The One Group were Norton Yuen, Assistant Vice President of Cybersecurity; Charles Liao, Assistant Vice President of Sales and Customer Service Center; and Kim Koo, Director of the Global Certification Center. The delegation engaged with regulatory authorities—including Taiwan’s NCC, Indonesia’s DJID, Cambodia’s TRC, the United States’ NIST, Vietnam’s BoA, and Canada’s ISED—as well as TIC partners from around the world.

During the conference, Norton Yuen delivered a presentation titled “From the CRA to Asian Cybersecurity Regulations: What Manufacturers Should Consider for Cybersecurity Compliance Across the Product Life Cycle.” His presentation explored how manufacturers can embed cybersecurity requirements throughout product design, development, market launch, and post-market support while responding effectively to evolving regulatory expectations across jurisdictions.

Cybersecurity is one of The One Group’s core areas of expertise, supported by specialists with extensive experience in testing, assessment, and consulting. The invitation to speak at this international forum reflects the industry’s recognition of our capabilities and our commitment to helping manufacturers approach cybersecurity compliance with a global, product-life-cycle perspective.

The team also met with partners including KTL, HCT, NTREE, IDTH, C-PRAV, and Logitech to discuss testing and certification resources, market needs, and potential cooperation in Korea, Indonesia, India, and beyond. These exchanges further strengthened The One Group’s international network and its ability to provide connected, forward-looking market-access support to customers worldwide.
